A pioneering social entrepreneur behind multiple global movements, including Child & Youth Finance International and Catalyst 2030. Jeroo is known for her humility, systems thinking, and deep-rooted belief in youth-led and community-driven change.
Bertjan Janzen
Co-Founder & Chair of the Board
A strategist and social impact advisor who brings a deep background in organizational design and policy advocacy. Bertjan co-founded One Family Foundation to strengthen the infrastructure for long-term development ecosystems.
Kristine Kohlstrand
Secretary to the Board
Oversees compliance and supports governance, coordination, and accountability across the Foundation’s work.
Koen Vermeltvoort
Treasurer
Drives the Foundation’s financial transparency, compliance, and resource accountability.
